Nue Pilates is a mat-based studio built on intelligent movement and simple breath work that awakens your deep core. We keep it low-impact and joint-friendly, but every minute matters—clear cues, thoughtful pacing, results you can feel in daily life.

The Nue Method

Classical (Mat)

 The roots—refined. Breath-led sequences, clean transitions, and precise alignment build deep core strength, posture, and control.

Contemporary (Mat)

Classic principles with a modern edge. Creative patterns, tempo play, and smart props (ring, band, sliders) develop strength and mobility that show up in real life.

Sculpt (Mat)

Pilates, amplified—still low impact. Rhythm-guided sets with bands, light weights, and sliders to sculpt lean muscle, build stability, and boost endurance (form always first).

Pre/Post-Natal (Mat)

Breath-first core and pelvic-floor coordination, posture resets, and gentle strength progressions. Diastasis-aware, comfort-forward, and coached for your stage.

High-Intensity (Mat)

Athletic intervals. Timed blocks, controlled tempo, and core-centric patterns for a sweatier day—always aligned, always modifiable.

We borrow from each method to build resilient, balanced bodies.
